I am making some changes in the way I work. I love you all very much and as a result I DO give freely of my time, to answer your questions and give guidance when it is requested. However this kind of DOing is now taking up a lot of my time and I feel there needs to be more of an energetic exchange.

I see my job as helping you to get from where you are now to where you want to be. And that does not mean you need to relocate! Well not physically… just look at it more in terms of relocating your consciousness from your mind to your heart ♥

I have been giving guidance, in different forms, for many years, but usually only on request, and the time has now come to make what I do more available.

Andy’s Guiding Belief

I suddenly realized I’d been stood stock still for nearly two hours. The digital figures of the central heating timing clock in the kitchen told me that. I was stuck, not knowing what to do next, like being on some desperately difficult rock climb. Only, I’d been stuck for three years. Or rather, I’d been stuck for 30 years, forever perplexed by an apparently impossible series of crux moves on some distant soaring crag.

The word “stuck” is probably wrong actually. It implies being stationary…and I hadn’t been. I’d been going down, sliding down the inside of a black funnel. Stood in the kitchen that day I realised I had reached the funnel neck – you know, that bit where it gets narrow and heads straight down. I wondered, quite dispassionately and with increasing curiosity, what it would be like when I shot down the tube and the light went out….

As I have since realized whilst lost in the kitchen, the last residual vestige of my inner voice spoke. A connection with some apparently unrelated occurrence the previous day, someone from thirty years ago had made an electronic communication. I can’t remember who, probably a friend, once told me that an alcoholic heeds to reach the bottom in order to move forward. I was no alcoholic but I’d hit the bottom. I was dizzy as if I was drunk, but it was accompanied by tears. I needed to ask someone for help. Neurons connected with electronics.

Texts, emails, and finally tearful ‘phone calls opened my ears to myself, to my inner voice. Two ostensibly simple questions opened the floodgates…who was I born to be ?…..what is the life I was born to lead ? Finding the answers within, (now I was listening!), revealed what I had always known but was afraid to admit for thirty years, to either myself or those around me. Massive anger ensued on an unimaginable scale, occupying every conscious moment. How could I have just wasted all that time? What was the point in changing things at nearly fifty years of age, it was too late anyway? Anger, massive anger, directed at everyone and everything, but principally me.

I wake up in the mornings now, three months later, and look forward to every day, glad to be alive….literally. I am being me and gradually, step by step, beginning to live again the life I was born to lead. It’s not been easy, far from it. Deeply upsetting at times, the overwhelming anger was at one time consuming me. I still have the odd bad moment even now, but it is only a moment and they are increasingly few in number. Oh yes, and I’m increasingly happy again after thirty years of, at most, periods of contentment.

So how did I manage to change? How did I manage to get to the great place I am now in? If I were to sum it up in in one word, it would be “belief”. Belief that it’s OK to be me and not what others wanted me to be or what I thought others wanted me to be. Belief that who I was born to be and the life I was born to lead were as valuable as any other life and just as good. Belief that everything would be OK. Belief that I could and should be happy, not for anyone else, but for me.

And where did I find my belief? It was within me, always was. I just needed help (don’t we all?) to crank up the volume on my inner voice to enable me to hear it again. My Guide, (rather like a mountain guide), She has seen me over and through the crux moves on the rock climb. I hear my own inner guide now as I head for the top – I will get there. Belief is everything. And happiness. The journey is worth it – do it…..do it now…..

Facing Your Fears

Who are you really?

When I found myself a widow at the age of thirty nine it was a real shock. My feeling of security had vanished overnight. Not only had I lost my husband, but that job I had created for myself had suddenly disappeared overnight too. I was no longer a wife. I was a widow. And I was out of a job. And with it had gone the job security – which was my husband and the life I had made for myself with him. My identity had been ‘his wife’. Now I had another label. ‘His widow’! So many women live their lives in the shadow of a man, and I have been one of them. I had forgotten who I was and had became part of my husband. My identity had become merged with his. And so had my life. It had never really occurred to me that I could have one of my own!

But then suddenly life was thrust in my face. I was suddenly on my own. Not out of choice, but there it was laid out in front of me. Life. My whole life waiting for me. It was like a blank canvas to do what I wanted with. It sounds wonderful, but I was absolutely terrified! I had never really been on my own. I had always had a boyfriend, or a husband. Someone to support me, to advise me, telling me what I should do, what I shouldn’t do. I wasn’t used to thinking for myself, having to make all the decisions. Decisions which would affect my life. Big decisions, such as where did I want to live? What was I going to do? Who was I going to be?

When you face your fear and step into the unknown…magic happens…

Yes. That was a big decision. Who was I going to be? In fact, I hadn’t realized that I had been anything other than myself all those years. When we are in a situation it is very difficult to see the whole picture. Even when I was suddenly on my own I didn’t at first see how it had been. For a long while, and understandably, I still identified with my husband. I introduced myself to people as my husband’s widow, I talked to people from that perspective. But I gradually began to realise that it was holding me back. That it was keeping me in the rut I couldn’t get out of. It was as though I was running on the spot. My life was going nowhere. Fast.

And I knew what was holding me back. I knew what was preventing me from taking that one step forward which would kick-start the rest of my life. It was fear. Fear of letting go of the past, which had been my security. And fear of the unkown, which was the future. At that moment I was between the two. In a rut. Stuck in the mud with my wheels spinning. But, being a climber, and used to confronting fear in very different situations, I also knew that once you face up to your fear, you find that there is no fear. It is just the next thing you are doing. Fear is a perception of the mind, a block that stops us progressing in our life, doing the things we know we are capable of but are afraid to try. It is what stops us applying for that promotion, or training to become a lawyer, or telling our husband that we are going to become a psychiatrist and he’ll have to get his own coffee in future because you’re going to have life. Fear makes us turn away from challenges in case we fail. Fear makes us become someone else instead of ourselves, because we are afraid no one will like us. Fear, has a lot to answer for.

Embrace change, have fun and be the person you were born to be!

What I was afraid of was change. Change is frightening because it’s new, it’s different. We feel secure in our old habits; in our old ingrained ways; in the lives we are in, even though we don’t like them. That sounds crazy doesn’t it? We don’t like where we are, or what we’re doing, but we stay in the situation we’re in because it feels secure and we’re frightened to change it! And of course, as we know, acting in the same way as we always do, doing the same thing as we always do, generally results in the same outcome. Which is nothing changes. So….the only way to change things is to face up to the fear and step into the unknown. And once you do this you will find that it’s like rolling a ball down a hill. It starts off slowly and then gathers speed. And suddenly you find that the new, and the unknown, is nowhere near as frightening as you had feared, in fact it’s even exciting. You find new prospects and new opportunities open up for you. You discover resources within yourself that you never imagined existed, but that were of course there all the time. Hidden away, under all those layers just waiting to be re-discovered. And suddenly your life has the possibility of becoming so amazing that you wonder why on earth you never had the courage to do this before. And you want to tell everyone you know about it.

So I stepped through my fear. I left the security of my old life, I left behind the labels of wife and widow and I took that step into the unknown. That step into my new life, which was to take me somewhere I had never even dreamed of. The day I closed the door on my old life, took the risk of leaving my security behind me, and stepped into the unknown, was the first day of the rest of my life. And if I hadn’t had the courage to take that risk, I wouldn’t have climbed Mount Everest. For that is where it took me.

So face your fear and step into the unknown for that is where you will find yourself waiting…

Music Is The Language Of The Universe

This video demonstrates how plants really are intelligent Beings…they just have a different way of BEing to us.

The one thing that connects everything in the Universe is music, or sound. Every thing and every one of us is energy… and that is vibrating. When things vibrate they create sound waves, which we hear as music as well as feel.

Music is literally the Universal Language. We can FEEL it. Sound travels in waves and those waves touch and reach every thing in the Universe… and I mean EVERY THING. Plants, animals, water, minerals, the Earth, other Planets, other Beings in other dimensions, other Galaxies, other Universes…

Music is the language of the Universe

Sound affects the way we feel. You know what effect certain pieces of music can have on you? What emotion they can evoke? Well, that is what I mean. Your body is interacting with the sound waves. And because we are all different, and we all have a different energy pattern, which is our energy signature, we each have a unique interaction with every piece of music we hear.

Remember…Love is the highest frequency of all…It is a combination of ALL frequencies and ALL emotions (which are lower frequencies). So when you embody LOVE – which is who you really are – then you are at total Oneness with everything around you and everything around you will FEEL this frequency. This is how you can communicate with plants, animals, crystals, Beings in other dimensions…they all communicate on the vibrational frequency of Love.

Anita Moorjani – The Key To Life Is BEing Who You Really Are

Anita was diagnosed with terminal cancer, and doctors told her family she was just hours away from death. Remote Viewing – Using Your Multi-Dimensional Skills

Our consciousness is everywhere…

Several years ago now I began practising Remote Viewing. I can’t remember how I first came across it, but the moment I stumbled across a website which talked about Remote Viewing and how to do it, I wanted to try it. When I did, I found it was something that I have the ability to do and so I have kept practising. I know that our gifts are there to be used and nurtured – they are showing us what we are here to do. It is our intuition’s way of leading us to the life we were born to lead.

Remote Viewing is something we all have the ability to do – for we are multi-dimensional beings. Remote Viewing is moving the focus of our consciousness from one location (our immediate surroundings) to another (remote) location. It is using our consciousness to see something that we cannot see with our physical eyes – in other words it is demonstrating the non-local nature of consciousness. It could also be described as using our third eye.

“The non-linear nature of consciousness makes it possible to view distant places and times without going anywhere. The US Military and CIA have expressed an interest in this phenomenon for years, and refer to the practice as remote viewing.” Dr Steven Greer

Consciousness is incredible… it is what we are… It seems to us as though our consciousness is confined to our brains or our minds, but it is not. Our consciousness is everywhere… it is wherever we put our focus – and that could be in a building on the other side of the world from where we physically are now, or it could be focusing on an image on a piece of paper inside a sealed envelope on the table in front of us.

We are not our mind. We are not the words we are thinking right now. We – that is to say our consciousness – are the part of us that is witnessing what we are thinking. When we are witnessing what we are thinking instead of being immersed in what we are thinking then we are conscious and awake. When we get sucked into being the words in our mind, being part of the scenario that is playing out in our mind rather than being aware of what is going on around us – that is being unconscious and asleep.

The website I first started using to practise Remote Viewing posted an image behind a black screen every day. So all you could see was a black square with a question mark in it. The challenge was to ‘see’ the image behind the black screen. The answer would be revealed the following day. So what I would do, was to close my eyes and ‘tune’ in to the hidden image with my consciousness – to try to ‘see’ it remotely. Although I did correctly see the image some of the time, I was by no means right every time. It is something that takes practise, because although we all do have the ability to do this, it is unfortunately not something that is taught in school – yet!

We can see the future…although there IS not such thing as Time.

However the more I did it, the more I started to get frustrated, because I began to see images that were being posted a day or so after I had remotely seen them… So for example one day I remotely saw a red sun rising over the horizon. The following day the correct image was something completely different so I assumed I was wrong. However the day after that, the correct image was the red sun rising over the horizon that I had seen 2 days previously… So I had been seeing the future – an image that was not yet posted. And this kept happening. I kept seeing images that had not yet been generated by the computer. I saw them several days in advance of them being posted…

This might all sound quite crazy but there is plenty of scientific evidence to back up Remote Viewing and the fact that it is possible to see future events. For example Robert Jahn, an American Plasma Physicist and Brenda Dunne, a Psychologist, conducted 653 Remote Viewing trials between 1976 and 1999.

“These studies showed that spatial separation is not an important factor: the same degree of success is seen whether the agent and the percipient are in the same city or whether they are separated by thousands of miles. Interesting neither does time matter… In most of their trials, the receiver ‘saw’ the information from the agent precognitively – up to several days before it was sent, and before the image had been randomly selected from the target pool.” (Quoted from the book “Source” by Joseph Jaworski).

We are multi-dimensional beings.

Remote Viewing is just one of the many things that we, as multi-dimensional energetic beings, are able to do. We’ve just forgotten that we can. And once we start to use our gifts then we find that we are able to do more and more extra-sensory things… Our intuition and perception becomes much sharper, we start to feel and sense energy much more easily. We start to realise that we are energy. We start to BE who we really are!

The military have been using remote viewing for a very long time… to ‘see’ remote targets in countries in which they are not physically present. Your consciousness can be anywhere on this planet (or off it for that matter) in an instant – in the instant that you think of where you want to be, you are there – for you are your consciousness. It just takes a bit of practise.

Manifesting 101 – You Are A Master Manifester (Part One)

You are a Master Manifester

What is Manifesting? Manifesting is creating your hearts desire…bringing something from your imagination into reality. Simply put, making a dream come true. Whether it be something small or something big. Yes, you can do this. You’ve just forgotten how. You are here on Planet Earth because you are masters at this game. You are here because you are the best…You are Master Manifesters. Every single one of you. No exceptions. You are meant to be here right now.

Manifesting is a big subject, which is why this article is just Part One. But I want to show you how it works and the best way to do this is with an illustration from my own life, of how I manifested a big event. A dream, a wish, a heartfelt desire from the depths of my Being. The opportunity to climb Mount Everest.

It all began with the death of my husband. I was only 39 years old and I was a widow. It was tough. A year and half later I knew I needed to do something positive to pull myself up out of the not great place I was in, so I decided to embark on an adventure.

A friend of mine was going to Tibet to climb Mount Everest and suggested that I go too – not to climb to the summit, but to go to the Base Camp. I just knew this was something I had to do – it felt like magnetic attraction. I loved the idea, I was excited by the thought of seeing Tibet and the Himalaya. I love mountains and have always been a climber. I had lived in the French alps for 12 years with my husband who was a mountain guide. However at this point in my life climbing Everest had never entered my head. It wasn’t something that ordinary people like me did. Or ever had the chance to do anyway – this was my (limiting) train of thought…these were the ‘rules’ of life that I had bound myself to unconsciously.

But all that was about to change. Because the moment I set eyes on Mount Everest, from the window of a small plane flying from Kathmandu to Lhasa, I was in love. I realised that Everest (known as Mother Goddess of Earth by the Sherpas) is not just the highest mountain on the Planet. She is also stunningly beautiful. A Goddess, no question.

So I went to Everest Base Camp with my friend, and from there, through a telescope I saw him standing on the summit. Witnessing that moment had a profound effect on me. I so wanted to see what he was seeing, to feel what he was feeling. I knew that an experience like that is something you cannot articulate in words, for you feel it with your heart and I wanted to feel it. From that moment on, I wanted to climb Mount Everest.

But like all dreams – it was easier said than done. And I know you know what I mean! However something in me had changed. I had a new determination. My heart was speaking to me. This was something I wanted to do more than anything. On the plane back to Kathmandu from Lhasa, I threw my rule book of life out of the window and in that moment I stepped outside the boundaries and limtitations that I had set for myself and started challenging the beliefs that went with them.

I had absolutely no idea how I was going to climb Mount Everest. It wasn’t just uncertainty that I could do it physically, or whether or I had the mental strength needed for such an undertaking, but my greatest stumbling block was money. To climb Everest costs a minimum of $30,000- 40,000 US dollars. Just to get a permit to set foot on the mountain costs $10,000. I didn’t have that kind of money.

But the new unlimited me approached this ‘problem’ in an unexpectedly (for me) different way. Before I threw my rule book out of the plane window I suspect I would have gone home and tried to work out in a very logical left-brained way, how on earth I could raise all that money. I would probably have written a lot of letters. And drawn a blank.

Instead of doing this the creative part of me jumped in, and I asked myself a question from the heart. This question is the key when it comes to manifesting… because a very large part of manifesting is Action. And I was about to take action in a very big way. The question I asked myself was this: “IF I was going to climb Everest what would be the next thing I would do?” So I was saying to myself, ok let’s assume you are going to climb this mountain… so what is the next thing to do?

My answer to this question was: “Well Everest is the highest mountain on the Planet (almost 9,000 metres high) so I’d better go and climb something fairly high to see if my body can cope with the lack of oxygen, because if it can’t and I don’t feel good up there, then there’s no point in trying to find the money anyway.”

And so this is what I decided to do. I listened to my heart instead of my head and I signed up to go and climb an 8000 metre mountain in Tibet later that year, in order to test myself both mentally and physically at altitude. However that expedition was going to cost me all the money I had in the world. I really felt I was taking a huge risk in several senses of the word – that was what my mind was telling me, constantly. That I was crazy. Not only could I die, but I was going to spend all my money on climbing a mountain – when I could use it to do so many other ‘more worthwhile, less frivolous, less dangerous’ things – like using it to live on for a year for example.

About a week before I was due to leave, I was sitting in the office where I was working, in floods of tears, when a friend of mine walked in. She asked me what on earth the matter was and I told her that I was about to spend all my money on climbing a mountain, and if I didn’t go then I would have all that money to do other things with. She looked me in the eye, by-passed my mind and spoke to my heart. She said: “You can always earn money but you don’t always get opportunities to do things like this. Follow your heart.” I knew she was right. And I did.

I went to Tibet and climbed to over 8000 metres on the mountain. My body felt fine, so I knew I could cope with high altitude. And whilst I was there I met a climber who was leading another expedition. Two years later I married this man. And it just so happened that his job was running expeditions to climb Mount Everest, and my wedding present was getting the chance to climb Everest, on my honeymoon.

And so at dawn on 16^th May 2004 I found myself standing on the highest point on the Planet looking at the earth curving far away into infinity. It was in that moment I became aware of the vastness of the universe, of it’s limitless potential and of our potential. In that moment I knew that there are no limits except the ones we set ourselves.

Because you see, in the end I didn’t need to find the money to climb Everest, it happened in a way I could never ever have dreamed of. You see our mind does not know everything, but our heart does. Our mind only knows what it has learned. And if I had listened to mind I would have just sat at home trying to work out ways of raising money. But because I listened to and followed my heart and what my intuition was telling me to do, I didn’t need to find the money. And not only that I met my husband at the same time! And that would never have happened if I had sat at home writing letters.

So do you see why it is so important to listen to what your intuition is telling you? Your intuition, the greater part of you has access to Absolute Knowledge, which is something your mind does not have. And do you also see that you don’t need to know in advance how something is going to happen, because more likely than not it will happen in a way you can’t imagine, in a way you have never experienced it before? If you try and work out in your mind how something can happen you will limit yourself to experiences that you or others that you know of have had before.

How the world looks from the summit of Mount Everest

Throw away your rule book right now, open the gate in front of you. and step outside that boundary wall that you’ve built around yourself. Look at the limitless horizon. Isn’t it a great view?

So there you have it. What do you want to manifest? What is your heart’s desire? Creating from the heart is one of the keys. Take your mind out of the equation, because your mind will try to talk you out of it. It will give you all the reasons why you can’t do it or have it or be it. It will limit you.

The other important key is to Take Action. Ask yourself The Perfect Question. “If I was going to do/be/have _________what would be the next thing I would do?” When you do this you are saying to yourself I don’t know how I could possibly do this, but if I was going to do it what would be the next thing that I would do? And then do it. Do something, take some action. Action is crucial to making a dream a reality. It sets the wheels in motion. It sets the intention, it starts the energy moving. Nothing happens by sitting at home.

I will go into all this in more detail in Part Two. But for now… Anything is possible. Go and Create. BE the Master Manifester that you are!

The Message Behind The Words

Your intuitive feelings tell you about the future.

Words are the least effective communicator. They can be misinterpreted and misunderstood. You can say one thing and mean another. They are not truth. They can help you understand something, but that is not the same as knowing. To know something, you have to experience it. However there are some things that you cannot experience, because they have not yet happened. And so to help us with this we have feelings. Intuitive feelings… Hunches… Inner Knowing…Inner Vision…And these feelings feed back to us the data from this future event, so that we can know intuitively whether it will be a good or not so good experience – should we choose to have it.

Our feelings are energy. The greater part of us – our energetic body – is constantly scanning the future, giving us feedback intuitively via our feelings and telling us how something will be if we DO take action. So for example, if you get invited out on a date and you don’t have a good feeling about it, then that is your intuition speaking to you, saying “hey this isn’t a great idea, don’t go there!”. This is an experience that happened to me and I didn’t listen! You can find out what happened by clicking here. On the other hand you may have a really strong positive feeling about something – like relocating to a new town or even a different country for example – and that positive excited feeling is your intuition saying: “Go for it, it’s the right thing for you to do, it’s great!”

So pay attention to your feelings. When someone speaks words to you, notice how they make you feel. Your feelings give you the real message – the language behind the words. The only Truth comes from within you. Your intuitive feelings are your only Authority, although we are brought up to believe the opposite. Namely that all authority is outside ourselves and that our parents, teachers, friends know best, when in fact they only know what is best for them. They just assume that what they know is a universal truth and that it is therefore best for us too. Wrong!

We rebel because only we know what is best for us, no one else does…

We have got so used to looking outside ourselves for all the answers that we have forgotten we ever knew them. We still do have all the answers inside of us, they haven’t gone away, and as small children we hadn’t yet forgotten them… Remember all those times when, as a child, you were told it was wrong to do something, or wrong to want to be something, or to like something, or to think something? Remember that feeling of rebellion? How you immediately wanted to do what you were told you couldn’t do? That feeling of rebellion was your true self saying “I don’t like it when you tell me what to do, because only I know what is best for me! And so I’m going to do it anyway. And if you won’t let me I’m throwing a tantrum as it’s the only way I know of telling you that only I know what is best for me!”

Eventually the ‘bad habit’ of listening to ourselves instead of to ‘grown ups who knew best’ was ‘beaten’ out of us. We started taking the words of others as ‘truth’ and began to ignore our feelings about things – and so words started taking precedence over feelings. We started believing everything our parents, teachers and friends (and later the government) said, because as young children we were told that we were wrong or bad or not nice if we didn’t, because they knew best… and love would be withheld if we didn’t do as we were told. This is how we learnt about control. “If you don’t do this I won’t love you.” “What I say is true and what you are saying/feeling is wrong, and if you don’t believe me then there’s something wrong with you.”

As adults we assume authority and control over others automatically because we learnt our lesson well. We assume that what is good or right for us must be so for others. We also still get those same rebellious feelings… You know, when someone tells you something is true – and deep down inside you don’t feel it is? Or when you are ‘made’ to feel wrong about something? Or when you read that a certain is food is good for you and you must eat it – but you know inside that it’s not right for your body? Feeling rebellious and angry is your energetic body talking to through your feelings. Saying: “Don’t listen to them! Only YOU know! Only YOU know what is right for you!” So it’s time to remember. You are the sole Authority on You. Listen to your body, to your feelings. They are your energetic self talking to you. We are old enough now to take complete responsibility for our lives and to do what we feel and therefore know is best for us.

Love Is All There Is

It is simply because we were taught as children that authority is outside of ourselves that the words of others have come to take precedence over our feelings. And it is only when we wake up and remember who we really are that we will stop passing on this erroneous teaching to our children. So now that you are awake it’s time to start looking at the message behind the words and noticing how everything feels.

Paying attention to how we feel is appreciating what our body is telling us, appreciating it’s gifts, it’s ability to speak to us. That appreciation is called Loving ourselves. When we feel Love for ourselves and our amazing Being, then that is the vibration our energy is giving out to the world around us and everyone in it… Love… Pure Love. And it will spread like wildfire if you just Be You. Be Love. Be. For when you Be, you are Absolute Love. For Love is what you are. Love is all you ever have been. Love is all you ever will be. For Love is all there is.

The Energy of Feelings

We are all one energy

We are moving into a new era. One in which we are remembering who we really are. That we are unlimited Beings. That we are magnetic Beings. And it’s time to start realising this and living from this point of awareness. We are not simply bodies, we are energy… Energy through and through. The same energy as everything we see around us…And I mean Everything. Hard as though that concept may be to grasp.

So if you do find it hard to grasp, don’t try to analyse it, just take it as read. And know that it’s time to stop living in your head, in your mind – and that it’s time instead to start living from the heart… being guided by your feelings, your intuition, your inner knowing. That is where your power resides. That is where You reside. The all-knowing You.

Your heart space is your control centre. Let the focus of your awareness be there, rather than in your mind. This is where the true You resides – the truth of who you really are. Sometimes… no… often… there are things that your mind cannot understand but your heart ‘gets’ them and these things flow into and are assimilated by your heart. These are things that you have an intuitive understanding of, that you cannot put into words. Words are limiting. We often cannot express what we feel because there are no words. And I know you know that feeling. That intense feeling of emotion, when you are overwhelmed with love, joy, amazement or gratitude at something that has occurred. That is often when we cry, or laugh, or jump up and down to express ourselves, because words are not sufficient.

Your heart space holds your inner wisdom

When you have that overwhelming feeling of joy, love, gratitude or happiness (and happiness is probably all of those things combined), the feeling is so intense that it infuses your whole body doesn’t it? You can feel it infusing every cell and every molecule and it lights you up like a lighthouse. You are overflowing with this incredible feeling which translates into light energy. As you are filled with this light, so you are beaming it out like a lighthouse. And as these waves of light energy beam out from you they are magnetically drawing in more of the same, in unlimited amounts. It’s a flow of energy, a circular flow. The more light you emit the more you draw in and the more you draw in the more you emit… This is the flow of life. It’s energy. It’s us.

The energy of our feelings is emitted from us on a particular frequency or vibration, like a radio frequency, with each ‘type’ of feeling (happy, sad, angry etc) being a difference frequency. Because we are magnetic, we draw to us things that are on the same frequency or vibration as the one we are emitting. Which is why feeling GOOD is so important. When you feel good then you are emitting the ‘feel good’ vibration and will magnetically attract to you things that are on that same frequency i.e. more things to make you feel good. And of course the same thing happens when you don’t feel good… Those feelings magnetically attract more things on the ‘not feeling good’ lower frequency… Which is why you can get stuck in a rut. And why just changing your thoughts can change your life.

Be in your heart not your mind

We are brought up and educated to believe that the mind is everything, that our mind controls us, when in fact the mind knows nothing about what is good for us emotionally or physically. The mind is a tool for us to use, but it has no idea what makes us happy – we can only know that by noticing the way we feel in response to people, things, experiences. It is our feelings that tell us what makes us happy and what is good for us. And those things that make us feel good are telling us about who we really are. Which is what we are here to experience… except many have forgotten this. So let’s now start remembering that we are energy and start paying attention to our feelings, living from our heart and being who we were born to be. For that is where our true freedom resides.
